🛑 Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.

- If the cancellation request is received in time, the order will be cancelled.
- Refund will be processed within 48–72 business hours.
- Approved refunds will be credited to original mode of payment in 7 business days
- We have 3 days return policy from the date of order delivered
- Defective or damage products will be replaces and delivered in 7 – 10 business days
- ✅ Returns & Refunds – Only for Defective Products
We accept return/refund requests only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return/refund:
- A 360° unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must:
- Show the package being opened from all angles.
- Be uncut and unedited.
- Clearly display the defect/damage.
